Having problems with these Nilfisk G4 triggers - they last about a year then start spewing water through the barrel when the trigger is pulled as photo below. It's fine when the trigger is released - no leaks through the attachment hose / O-ring.
I opened it up and replaced the O-rings on the plastic internal plunger (2nd photo) - they were not visually damaged but replaced them anyway and no change - still leaking when the trigger is pulled.
Any ideas as I'm a bit fed up replacing these triggers every 12 months ? The high pressure wash unit (E130 I think) has been great, no problems in 10 years. Alternatively is there is a better after market trigger with the same Nilfisk connections at both ends, so I use existing hose and high pressure attachments (lance, foam lance, drain blocker hose etc....)
