Original Grade 4B from Japan & HPI Clear. 
Imported to the U.K. in June 2020 & garaged ever since by its 1 previous enthusiast owner who sold the car due to lack of use (literally a few hundred km travelled per year).
Took me 12 months of searching to find this, i viewed around 15 other cars so this was the one to have. I am an enthusiast and been on the MLR and other forums for years.
The car has travelled approx 8000km since being in the UK so very rarely used! 
Always dry stored & never driven on a track, in rain, snow or through wintery salt gritted roads

The Evo IX still has the Japanese toll reader (which speaks Japanese at the touch of a button), the toll radars, JDM annual inspection stickers still in windows, Japanese Sat Nav Audio System with Hard drive filled containing Japanese music from its original owner, still has the original 'No Smoking' decal on the centre console & the AYC drive select sticker on the drivers door card. This is as authentic as it gets & complete JDM nostalgia!

The car was undersealed quickly upon arrival to the U.K. by Norton Tuning Specialists (one of the best in that game) to protect the underbody. Pictures are available of the car before the sealing was completed & highlights this car is absolutely beautiful underneath with ZERO rust! 
Interior is in fantastic condition and looks to have been rarely used. Sills and door shuts all extremely clean.

Upon my purchase the following has been completed:
May23 - Deep clean, clay bar, polish, hard coat wax, ceramic wax. Paint correction. Exhaust polish. Bonnet vent respray (common issue with fading due to engine heat). Grills & manifold heat shield respray. Lights removed for deep clean/polish/wax. Rear fog switch install to pull door under steering wheel. Engine bay deep clean & detail. Exhaust polish. Kept on trickle and under car cover.
June 23 - New aerial. New Ralliart Mudflaps. New interior light bulb. Brake caliper refurb & arches cleaned.
Aug23 - Genuine Enkei evo 9 wheels bought/fitted with new logo stickers. Engine bay bolts & washers replaced. New rear "Mitsubishi" badge then wrapped red. Front emblem also wrapped red 
Oct 23 - ARC Titanium Manifold cover 
Nov 23 - Front bumper removed, deep clean, intercooler cleaned, fins straightened & resprayed with stone guard paint. Hks hard pipe kit fitted.
Dec 23 - carbon vortex generator & hks intake pipe bought 
Jan 24 - Fresh MOT, passed first time and complimented on condition. Ramair Intake, MAF adaptor plate, hks intake pipe fitted. Spoiler blade sanded & re-lacquered by professional bodyshop who also fitted the vortex generator. Also commented on how clean the car is. 
Mar 24 - 4 wheel alignment complete, commented on underneath and condition 
Apr24 - new top mount, plug cover and valve cover bolts & washers

The car underneath is in fantastic condition, even the shocks are still nice and rust free (which is uncommon). Chassis rails, sills & arches rust free.
