Never been one to piss about with ICE much, but I'm sick of the H/U in the daily hack.

Not looking anything fancy, certainly no need for this iPish integration etc but a usb port would be useful.

Where would i get a decent range of cheapish headunits that i can look/fiddle with before buying? and preferably open tomorrow too.

Anyone have any particular cheap head units that they know off that would suit my needs?

I know Halfords have a range, but I'd quicker burn money than give them any of it.

If you havent yet bought one, I have 2 lying around in the house.
One is a Pioneer, sounds awesome, plays MP3 CD's but no USB
The other is a Lidl one that was an unwanted present. Has USB, Bluetooth hands free, etc all built in. Sound quality not *as* good as the Pioneer, but that was in my 206 with upgraded speakers, 2 amplifiers and a subwoofer. On normal speakers I doubt there would be any difference.
Both are in boxes with all manuals etc.
£20 for either as they are just taking up space at the minute. Ill even put it in for you if you want, audio systems is one of my strong points when it comes to cars :D

Edit: Turns out there is a third one, a Sony (unsure of the model) thats out in my dad's shed somewhere. I can hook it up and test it if anyone wants.

Go to halfords and have a play, then online, bought one out of Bangor once and it died in about a month, they wouldn't replace it with a new one, wanted me to remove it and then they would send it back to Kenwood, wasn't happy. They policy at the time was it had to die with 14days before you'd get a new replacement.
