Renault Scenic MOT Failure

    My Dads 2007 Renault Scenic failed its mot last night on the electronic handbrake failing on the Offside Axle 2 working at only a fifth of the required power needed... is this an easy fix with them being an electronic parking brake? I am not sure if ya adjust the handbrake in these with nuts under the car or not like a normal non electronic one

    No you can't mate. The calipers and cables have a habit of seizing.

    Its drums on the rear as far as i know, there was me thinking it would be a straight forward fix and back to the test centre
