Its only legal for emergency service to use such markings im nigh on certain

Only for the battenburg style tho as you can obviously use strips for the rear of some vehicles.

Did it say POLICE on it?

Then its not impersonating a police vehicle.

However, use of reflective marking is prohibited by Road Vehicle Lighting Regulations.

Hey - my Metro doesn't have reflective blue.

I researched this when I was making it and the only illegal part is if you use reflective blue graphics. And if it has the word "Police" obviously :p

Although I am considering having the graphics redone as reflective blue....
