Hi, If you are a learner then I will recommend you to go for young driver insurance. I had also opted it when I start learning how to ride a bike? Fortunately I never claim the insurance as I am safe till now. But precaution is must anything can happen so be prepare for the worst condition.
ive been getting quotes of in and around £340 tpft for a bandit 600.... 4 years bike ncb and 2 year car ncb. seems half decent tbh. Gonna try and phone and see if i can get it cheaper or atleast some nice extras (aa cover, travel abroad etc)
Have heard ones gurning on NIB recently about MCE and their prices. Near sure they shafted The Rock on here too with mid term payment increase?
His was monthly cover plan I think he said so no definite price for each month going forward. Pro's and cons of doing it that way.. :-/ I had mine through MCE and a claim through them - no problems aside generic disdain for losing money...
I'm paying £175 tpft for a 600 bandit with 3 years ncb. Only half way through the years cover and not lookin forward to what I'll get hit with going by what I've been hearing.
def, im 20 looking for insurance so in the £330ish range i get.... tpft with overseas travel for a bandit... aint bad.
Been quietly browsing. Pretty much decided on a bandit but havnt seen one just yet. My bike mot is next week and as soon as she passes , she'll be sold ready to get a big'n ... Gonna need to take someone with me when i buy it, first big bike and dont wanna buy a dud lol
as long as it start, no leaks, fan turns on, sounds well, revs up ok and its been serviced should be ok lol good luck in the hunt lol
