Bottom right hand corner. Doesn't seem to affect the beam pattern but hard to tell tbh. OK for MOT or will it need replaced?

As long as its not affecting the light pattern or in the centre of the lens, it should be fine. It doesn't look to be cracked anyway.

I've passed with a chip in a headlight on a couple of occasions as they weren't noticeable when the light was turned on.

Should be fine mate, wee bit of clear tape over it to keep damp out and cover any sharp edge

Feck man., I should of asked on here.

Changed a headlamp on my Dads navara it was like 200 odd quid, Cause it was cracked and had a hole. It is only a plastic lens, all lights and everything worked fine.

Then took her for MOT, and got reversed out of the centre. DVLA made a mistake, MOT man said she wasn't due until year 4. DVLA often make the mess up, sending out the form to take her in after 3 years. Was ragiung spent 3 days getting her sorted for mot, getting different bits and bobs,. and new tyres all round. when nout wrong with the old ones,

    Why change the tyres then??

You'll find its the dealer makes the mistake by classing it as a light good vehicle and not dual purpose when registering it new.

End of the day, it shouldn't be that bad you need to spend 3 days repairing it to get it road worthy :/
