Here's a video of me at the Ring last week. I hadn't done too many laps at this stage so no ground breaking times, I was just concentrating on hitting some of the clip in points and trying to get smoother each lap. Music dubbed over to blank out our in car commentary!

It's funny how in a 300+ bhp car you will still be passed by cars with half the bhp which are carrying their speed through the corners!!

still a reasonably focused lap. how did you find it? head for the very first time in the next week or so, so good to see all this footage. where you there during the week? track does not appear to busy ... how many laps in total? did u need to replace tyres or brake pads at all?

Trust me dude it felt quick enough at the time, videos make it SOO slow looking. You'll see yourself when you get out there! Get in as many laps as you can, I found it quite daunting at the beginning but by the end of the trip I was really starting to crave it. I did 15 laps in total, ticket cost 250 euro. My tyres and brakes came back looking the same as they did when I went away, the Ring is notoriously gentle on them (unlike Kirkistown!!)

Oh and that was a Sunday evening.

Fair play Rob - you definitely had a good time anyways

Camera always makes it feel alot slower, when your behind the wheel i can only imagine how daunting the ring would be

    Nice one dude (y)

Good vid. Didnt look to be that many cars on the track.
For a lot of it there you had the track to yourself.
