Here is the car these parts are coming off; Civic Type-R Owners Forum • Login The car was running a healthy 311bhp on a fully forged engine (bulit for 600bhp) when the previous owner left it to a local 'Tuner' to have the 9psi pulley fitted to the JRSC. It made 330bhp and then an unknown part on the JRSC that obviously wasnt put back together right, came loose and was sucked into the engine doing piston damage! My mate who I sold the car to just under 2 years ago, lost all interest and bought a DC5. I bought this back with the intention of fixing it back to how it was before! Due to lack of time due to work, and funds running low, I'm comtemplating stripping and selling all the parts to recoup my money back! The charger is going to be sent to Paul at TDI North to get checked over and see what it needs. The previous owner spoke to him and Paul told him it shouldnt be a costly fix! Due to this I'm not sure on an exact price for the charger, but it will come with RC650 injectors and everything needed for fitting. A mechanic has looked at the engine and reckons as little as £1k could sort it. If I get enough interest I may strip it (Cams etc) and sell parts, but may be worth while fixing this and selling as a fully Forged engine.
