Early MOT

Can I MOT a car early? MOT isn't up until 28th June but its making the car difficult to sell.

Yep will be valid for 12months from the date of the test though as opposed to 12months + previous date

I think if its within a month or something you get it for 1yr from the expiry date, so maybe 13m MOT.

I think it's something like if you are within 3 months of expiry you can get a test.

Yep from you can get it a mth before it expires and it will be from the date the old expires +1 year. so as said, 13mths.

On 1st test at 4 years old, it cannot be done any earlier than 28 days before its 4th birthday

After that it can be tested at any time, outside 28 days and you loose any time remaining, within 28 days the time remaining will be added on
