I always hear mixed reviews on Naviwax, I can't fault it TBH any wax that is easy to apply and lasts gets my vote Personally Im currently reviewing various waxes for quality, ease of use and lasting capability - why dont you go for some sample pots of different waxes, try them on various panels on the X1 and see which gives the best results reflection perfection gets good reviews - I bought a sample pot from Davey recently; have yet to try it though
its going well still a really great shine even after all the crappy weather. could do with a top up so its coming back in a few weeks for a tuition detail as the owner has bought a G220 to look after the car himself so will be throwing a few pictures up to show durability.
possibly takin a halfer today to get some use of this good weather, got a wee 50ml pot of the RP Wax to try out too.
I have to agree with u Supaguard is great stuff if the panel is prepped properly, it applied properly and you dont go spraying it with TFR (which kills all LSP) I like it and have used it alot. what gave it a bad name was the £300 to apply it at the start. people were ot used to paying that for a "valet" now its more the norm. Davy how much do u sell the kits for BTW?
Is that the mint one lad? aye the supaguard stuff is good gear, I got a free tin of the rim protection from MP valet many moons ago - I still have it and prep my rims with it when I cant be bothered using rimwax great stuff and has prevented tar pitting so far on my Golf rims
May take a run up to procar at on saturday, see whats what Because its not for me Whats SW wax? I'd actually considered that zymol carbon stuff, not sure if its any good as i've never used it? The 3 Series is that dark blue metallic and the X1 is white, so i'd like something thats good for both colours lol
yeh the price is a bit steep but it usually involves a good machine polish. its not se exspensive if u know someone who sells it and your willing to do it yourself. its a gift to work with aswell.
Get her guarded lad and job done. I aslso use G-techniq which is amazing stuff and also adds a bit of added protection to the paint but you have to be careful when applying let it cure and only sanding will remove it!!!
