That was Group B in general, the car you refer to was the 205 T16... think it used the windscreen out of a std 205!! oh, and maybe the lights!! still... yum yum...
I was lucky enough to see a tubo'd 205 GTi (not a Turbo Technics, but a home conversion) set a 0-60 of 5.85 secs at the French Car show. Still wasn't fastest time of the day, though. one of those R5 turbo guys was regularly knocking out 0-60's in around 5.0 secs hock:
